Share & Care
November to December 2024
Our inaugural event supporting Chez Doris, a Montreal day shelter offering safety, essentials and care for women in vulnerable situations.
With support from SPCI and Uniprix, in collaboration with ProACT and Helping Hands, we donated over 2.8 thousand dollars in essential medical supplies and 200 clothing items. Each item was paired with simple how‑to‑use notes to help women feel confident and empowered in their own health.

MUHC's First Blood Drive
November to December 2024
In collaboration with ProACT, WHAM organized the first blood drive at the McGill University Hospital Center (MUHC) for Hema-Quebec.
Thanks to the generosity of over 77 donors, we collected 213 blood products, which could make a difference for 189 lives.

Bagging Fundraiser
September 2024
WHAM's first fundraising event benefiting EndoCARES endometriosis clinic consisted of a Bagging Fundraiser at Provigo Le Marché Kirkland.
Thanks to the incredible support of our community, our bagging fundraiser raised over $2.3k for EndoCARES, an MUHC organization dedicated to supporting and empowering women impacted by endometriosis.

Run for EndoCARES
September 2025
WHAM joined the EndoCARES team at the Marathon de Montréal Beneva in Fall 2025 to raise awareness and funds for endometriosis care.
Members of our community took on the 5K, 10K, and 21K races, coming together to proudly raise over $3.5 for EndoCARES.

Brave The Waves
June 2025
WHAM’s annual Brave the Waves event brings our community together for a high-energy dragon boat competition in support of breast cancer. In partnership with our beneficiary, More Than A Cure (MTAC), the event raises funds to support breast cancer warriors.
In its very first edition, Brave the Waves proudly raised over $19k for breast cancer.

Woven TogetHER
November 2025
Woven Together is a collaborative project in partnership with the Indigenous Health Outreach Club, ProACT, Médecins du Monde, and the Whole Person Care Interest Group.The project includes women’s health circles, an online educational awareness campaign, a trauma- & violence-informed care workshop, and a Pap clinic.
WovenTogether aims to reduce barriers, promote health equity, and advocate for accessible, respectful, and trauma-informed healthcare for Indigenous women.
